Every organisation needs standards of behaviour for its members. Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are encouraged to have fun and to enjoy themselves thoroughly, but we do have some rules to ensure that reasonable standards of behaviour can be maintained. Your child will be able to discuss our behaviour policy, which is appropriate to age, with the section leader and will be expected to adhere to it. Please help your son or daughter to do this.

There will be occasions when your son or daughter cannot attend a meeting. It is appreciated if the section leader is told in advance, whenever possible, of these absences. If your child does not attend for 3 consecutive weeks and we have not been told of this, we will issue a warning about attendance. If absence continues, we will terminate your son’s or daughter’s membership.
